Terms of Service

The terms that explain how quotations, customer accounts, cart orders, and RHO Solutions production services work.

1. Acceptance and scope

These Terms of Service govern your use of the RHO Solutions website, quotation tools, customer accounts, carts, support chat, reviews, and 3D-printing services. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Accounts and access

  • You must provide accurate account information and use an email address or Google account that you are authorised to use.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password and account access secure and for activity carried out through your account.
  • We may suspend or restrict an account when reasonably necessary to protect the service, customers, or legal rights.

3. Quotations, carts, and order confirmation

Single-colour 3D-print quotations are estimates based on the model files and settings you submit. Multi-colour printing requests are reviewed and priced by our team. Neither type of quotation is a binding acceptance of work, a guarantee of availability, or a final production commitment.

Adding a quotation to a cart does not create a confirmed order. An order becomes confirmed only when an authorised RHO Solutions administrator reviews and accepts it, normally after you use the WhatsApp confirmation option or we otherwise confirm the order with you. We may contact you to clarify model files, materials, colours, quantity, finish, delivery, cost, or timing before confirmation.

Prices are displayed in Sri Lankan rupees (LKR) unless we state otherwise. We do not collect online card or bank payments through this website. Any payment arrangement, production lead time, delivery charge, or change to a quotation will be confirmed with you before we proceed.

4. Your model files and content

You keep ownership of the files, designs, text, images, and other content you submit. You grant RHO Solutions a limited, non-exclusive permission to store, inspect, analyse, quote, manufacture, deliver, support, and administer the work you request.

You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit the content and request the work. Do not submit content that is unlawful, unsafe, infringing, deceptive, defamatory, privacy-invasive, or otherwise inappropriate. We may decline, remove, or cancel a request that we reasonably believe breaches these Terms or applicable law.

5. Manufacturing limits and quality

RHO Solutions currently provides single-colour 3D printing and staff-reviewed multi-colour 3D printing. 3D printing involves material, machine, geometry, and finishing limitations. You are responsible for checking the design’s intended use, dimensions, tolerances, and suitability. We will make reasonable efforts to produce work in line with the confirmed specifications, but colour, surface finish, strength, dimensions, and delivery timing can vary within the practical limits of the chosen process and materials. Multi-colour requests require a manual review before they can be accepted.

6. Pickup and delivery

You must provide correct contact, pickup, and delivery information. Delivery availability, charges, and timing depend on the confirmed order and destination. If an address, contact number, or delivery instruction changes, tell us as soon as possible so we can confirm whether the order can be updated.

7. Customer reviews and community content

If you post a review or attach media, you confirm that it is accurate, lawful, and appropriate to share. You grant us permission to display it on the website and to moderate, hide, or remove it where necessary. Do not include personal, confidential, offensive, or infringing material in a review.

8. Service availability and liability

We work to keep the site and services available, but they may be changed, paused, or unavailable for maintenance, security, technical, or operational reasons. To the extent permitted by applicable law, RHO Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the site or a quotation. Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when our services, processes, or legal obligations change. The latest version will be posted here with an updated date. If a change materially affects a confirmed order, we will address it directly with the customer where appropriate.
