Privacy Policy
A clear explanation of the information RHO Solutions uses to deliver quotations, printing services, account access, and support.
Last updated: August 26, 2026
This Privacy Policy applies to the RHO Solutions website and related customer services. By using the site, you acknowledge the practices described below. Please also read our Terms of Service.
1. Who we are
RHO Solutions provides 3D-printing quotation, order-management, and customer-support services. In this Privacy Policy, “RHO Solutions”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to the RHO Solutions team. You can contact us at rhosolutionslk@gmail.com.
2. Information we collect
We collect information you provide while using the site, including:
- account information such as your name, email address, password (stored in hashed form), and account role;
- quotation and order information, including uploaded model files, file names and technical analysis derived from them, selected materials, colours, quantities, print settings, order notes, quoted prices, and billing records;
- contact and fulfilment information such as phone number, pickup or delivery choice, address, city, and district when you place or confirm an order;
- support-chat messages, reviews, and any images or other media you choose to submit. Approved reviews and their media may be publicly displayed with your supplied name or the label “Verified customer”; and
- technical and security information generated when you use the site, such as IP address, browser/device information, and service logs.
3. Google Sign-In
If you choose Sign in with Google, we receive your Google account’s unique identifier, verified email address, and name if Google provides it. We use this information only to create or link your RHO Solutions account and sign you in.
We request only the basic openid, email, and profile scopes. We do not request access to your Gmail, Google Drive, Calendar, Contacts, or other Google account content. Any temporary Google access token used to complete sign-in is not retained by us.
4. How we use information
- to create accounts, verify email addresses, and protect access to the site;
- to analyse model files, prepare quotations, manage carts and confirmed orders, and provide pickup or delivery;
- to contact you about your order, support request, quotation, or review, including by email or WhatsApp when you choose to use those channels;
- to moderate reviews and gallery content, prevent misuse, resolve issues, and improve our services; and
- to comply with applicable legal, accounting, and security obligations.
5. When we share information
We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party advertising. We may share only the information needed with:
- our authorised team members who manage quotations, production, delivery, support, and moderation;
- service providers that host the site, deliver email, provide Google Sign-In, or provide communication services you choose to use; and
- authorities or professional advisers where disclosure is required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, or the service.
Choosing “Confirm with WhatsApp” opens WhatsApp with a prefilled confirmation message. When you send that message, the message content—including the order number and, for delivery orders, the delivery destination—is shared with WhatsApp/Meta under its own terms and privacy policy.
6. Storage, security, and retention
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including HTTPS, access controls, and hashed passwords, to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so please protect your account credentials and contact us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
We retain account, quotation, order, support, and uploaded-file information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, provide support, meet legal or accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We may retain limited records after account closure where necessary for those purposes.
We do not operate an online payment gateway and do not collect card or bank-payment details through this website. We may, however, keep order billing information such as quoted totals, discounts, payment status, and amounts due so that we can administer an order.
7. Your choices and requests
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, subject to applicable legal and operational requirements. You may also request help with an order, account, review, or uploaded file by emailing rhosolutionslk@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
8. Cookies and similar storage
We use only the browser storage and cookies needed for core site functions, such as keeping you signed in, protecting the Google Sign-In flow with short-lived security cookies, and remembering temporary cart information. We do not currently use the site to run third-party behavioural advertising or runtime analytics tools.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when our services or legal obligations change. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the “Last updated” date below. Continued use of the service after a change means you should review the updated policy.
